We started Prime of Life Insurance Advisors with the goal of helping people navigate Medicare insurance options. The Medicare insurance market can be overly complicated, and we help educate and advise seniors on the RIGHT plan for their needs. As a husband and wife team, we have 35 years of combined experience in health insurance. We love Arizona and it's been our home for nearly 30 years.
We offer expert advice to help you choose the RIGHT plan at NO COST to you!
Helps pay for hospital stays and inpatient care. On basis of age, no premium if 65 or older and eligible for monthly Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) cash benefits. Coverage provided by the federal government.
Helps pay for services from doctors and other health care providers. Outpatient care. Home health care. Durable medical equipment. Monthly premiums apply unless qualified for assistance. Coverage provided by the federal government. Late enrollment penalties can apply.
A prescription drug coverage plan that you can join in addition to Original Medicare (A & B). It covers most medications you can take at home, such as oral pills and self-injectable medications. Coverage provided by private insurance companies. Late enrollment penalties can apply.
Private health insurance plans that help pay for out-of-pocket costs that Original Medicare doesn't cover, such as coinsurance. However, they don't cover everything. Medigap policies are standardized, and in most states are named by letters, Plans A-N. The basic benefit structure for each plan is the same, no matter which insurance company you choose.
Private health insurance plans that bundle Part A (hospital insurance), Part B (medical insurance), and usually Part D (drug coverage) into one plan. Some plans may offer extra benefits like vision, hearing, dental, and/or health and wellness programs. Must be enrolled in Part A and Part B. Plans may have different out-of-pocket costs and premiums than Original Medicare or other plans. Premiums in addition to Part B start at $0 in Arizona.
Medicare requires a signed Scope of Appointment before an agent can discuss Medicare options with you. We use RetireFlo, a secure third party application to gather the Scope of Appointment, Permission to Contact, and Lists of Prescriptions, Doctors, Hospitals, and Pharmacies.
